Chamis Muschait (arabisch خميس مشيط, DMG Ḫamīs Mušaiṭ; auch Khamis Mushayt) ist eine Stadt im Südwesten von Saudi-Arabien in der Provinz Asir. 2022 hatte die Stadt 535.065 Einwohner. Sie liegt in der Moskauer Zeitzone.

Der Ortsname ist seit den 1760er Jahren bekannt. Chamis, das arabische Wort für Donnerstag, bezeichnet den hier jeweils am Donnerstag abgehaltenen Wochenmarkt. Seit den 1970er Jahren ist die Einwohnerzahl der Stadt dramatisch angewachsen.
